Washing machine rinsing problems

Each person wants the household appliances he purchased to work as correctly and without failures as possible. The same applies to automatic washing machines - unique home helpers. And if the washing machine does not rinse the laundry after washing, then we understand that some kind of breakdown has occurred. We will talk about what is the cause of this breakdown in our review.

If your washing machine does not rinse clothes, do not rush to get upset and do not prepare money to call the master - most problems can be solved on your own, with a minimum of labor and financial costs. As for the problem when the washing machine rinses the laundry poorly, it is completely solved without repair work. Let's talk about everything in order!

Washing machine does not rinse or spin

Suppose we are faced with a situation where, after the completion of the next wash cycle, the machine stops prematurely. Inside we see wet laundry with foam from washing powder and a stationary drum. If the machine has a liquid crystal display or LED indicators, then after a while an error code may be displayed here - open the instructions for the machine and look for what this or that error means.

One of the most common reasons for a lack of spin is a clogged drain system. This system includes a drain hose, a drain pump (which makes a lot of noise when removing water from the tank), a siphon and other pipes. If any of the components of the drain system is in a clogged state, then the washing machine will not be able to drain the water - the pump motor will be in a stalled or de-energized state.

A clogged or kinked drain hose is one of the first causes of a lack of rinsing. In order to troubleshoot, the hose must be removed and flushed, and if it is kinked or kinked, then the kink or squeezing must be eliminated. After that, we can start re-testing.

Is the drain hose connected to the siphon socket? Let's make sure that the pipe and siphon pass the drained water through them well - to do this, remove the drain hose from the pipe and try to pour some water into the pipe. If the water leaves, then the problem is not in the pipe and not in the siphon. If at the same stage the normal patency of the drain hose is confirmed, then the reason for the lack of spinning sits deeper.

You can check the pipe and siphon in another way - disconnect the drain hose and start the washing machine. If the water from the hose still poured, then the siphon and pipe may be clogged.

We have already found out that the drain hose, pipe, siphon and the entire sewer system are in good condition. Why is the washing machine not rinsing the clothes and not draining the water? It's time to check the drain filter - we discard the cover on the front panel and unscrew it.

Caution - at this stage, water may gush out of the drum, you need to substitute some kind of pallet under the stream.

Cleaning the debris filter
During operation, a variety of contaminants can enter the filter. - pile, fragments of buttons, threads, rhinestones and even small coins. Some experienced craftsmen even state the fact that a standard five-ruble coin of a modern design is able to instantly disable the machine by clogging the filter with its plane. All contaminants must be removed - if necessary, we disassemble the washing machine and get access to the filter from the inside.

By the way, since we have dismantled the washing machine to check the filter, we will check the drain pump at the same time by connecting a multimeter to its terminals. If the winding does not show signs of life, then drain pump needs to be replaced. If the windings are intact, but the pump does not start, we check its shaft - the impeller should rotate freely, without applying tangible effort. If the impeller is jammed, then the matter is either in the pump itself, or in objects that have fallen under the impeller itself - we remove the dirt and conduct a second drain performance test.

To test the operability of the drain, use the program of the same name, designed to free the tank from residual water. You can also use shorter programmes, such as Rinse (about 10 minutes). If the machine stops with an error, then after checking the integrity of the drain, press the Start button. Do not climb inside a machine that is connected to the mains.

The cause of the missing rinse may be a malfunction of the pressure switch - This is a small sensor that monitors the level of water in the tank. If it is faulty, the machine will give an error or will not work correctly.Sometimes the result of incorrect operation of the pressure switch is an excessive water level in the tank. To check the pressure switch, it is advisable to get a guaranteed working sensor somewhere.

Are all components inspected in good condition? Then the problem may lie in a malfunction of the electronic unit - here you already need to call the wizard, since special knowledge is needed to diagnose electronic modules, which are available only to people with special education.

Washing machine does not rinse but spins

We have already figured out why the washing machine does not rinse the clothes after the next wash. It remains to understand the reasons for the fact that in some cases the machine freezes at the rinsing stage with a fully functional drain system, due to which washing machine takes a long time? For example, we see the machine freeze, we interrupt the program, after which we activate the spin program - and it works fine. This happens for two reasons:

  • Malfunction of the control module - here we, most likely, will not do anything without having behind us the knowledge of repairing electronic equipment;
  • Non-working heating element – the machine fails to heat the water and aborts the program with an error indication. Drainage equipment in this case remains fully operational.

We check the integrity of the heating element spiral
Checking the heater is as easy as shelling pears - for this you need to arm yourself with a multimeter by switching it to the resistance measurement mode. If the heater is broken, throw it away and install a new heating element in the washing machine.

Washing machine not rinsing well

Washing machine not rinsing powder out of clothes
Sometimes it happens that the washing machine does not rinse the laundry well, as a result of which stains and traces of washing powder remain on it.Why is this happening? Almost nothing depends on the washing machine itself - most often the cause of poor rinsing is a violation of the washing regimen. For example, some users have absolutely no control over the amount of laundry loaded, as a result of which the machine simply cannot cope with rinsing due to congestion.

Also, the cause of the appearance of stains on linen can be using low quality detergent or too much detergent. By the way, low-quality laundry detergent can also do not completely rinse out of the washing machine. If you see laundry detergent on your clothes, try changing it or use concentrated liquid detergents.

If the laundry is laid in the weight norm, and high-quality and expensive washing powder is used for washing, you still need to inspect the machine and clean the drain system - it is quite possible that it does not completely remove soapy water. It also makes sense to check the water level sensor.

it still seems to me that the word low-quality is written in one word, and not like in your article)
